Where We Ship We ship worldwide from the Netherlands.
Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Times Delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier:
- Netherlands & EU: Typically faster than international shipments; exact times depend on the courier and destination.
- Rest of the world: Orders generally arrive within 2 weeks of dispatch.
Please note these are estimated timeframes and may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, or other factors outside our control.
Carriers - We ship with PostNL and DHL. The carrier assigned to your order may vary depending on your location and package weight.
Order Tracking - Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.
Lost or Damaged Orders - We take care to package all orders securely. In the event that your order is lost or damaged in transit, this is the responsibility of the courier.
